AUBURN, Ala. – University of Memphis junior won the 400 meter run to lead the Tigers' effort in Saturday action at the 2016 Auburn University War Eagle Invitational. Overall, the Memphis men's and women's squads combined for nine top-four performances.
Green won the 400 meter run with a season-best time of 47.68 seconds. Junior was Memphis' second-highest finisher in the 400 meters, crossing the line in fourth with a time of 48.33 seconds.
Other top-four finishers on the men's side were: third in the 1500 meters, fourth in the 100 meters and fourth in the long jump.
