Memphis trailed 14-7 early in the first half before going on 43-4 run that enabled to the Tigers to cruise to an 82-46 win over Nicholls Tuesday at FedExForum. The Tigers led by as many as 39 points in the game on the way to their 10th win of the season.
Avery Woodson led Memphis with 15 points for his second highest scoring output of the season. Four other Tigers finished in double figures, each scoring 12 points. Trahson Burrell pulled down five rebounds and dished out six assists to go with his 12 points.
