CARBONDALE, IL – The Bradley Braves Softball team put on its best offensive performance of the weekend, but came up just shy against the Salukis. They fell to Southern Illinois 7-5.

The Braves put the Salukis on notice at the top of the first, as four runners reached the base paths. With two on, senior Austin Comstock singled to right to score senior Brynna Seitz from second. The following at bat, sophomore Olivia Turner hit a sacrifice fly to right field to score senior Ashley Breeding from third.
