Wilmer Cabrera knows the pain Romell Quioto is dealing with, which makes the Dynamo boss think the high-scoring winger will not be available next weekend.
While playing for Honduras against the United States in a World Cup Qualifier on Friday, Quioto suffered a shoulder injury late in the first half. Alejandro Bedoya and Jozy Altidore muscled Quioto off the ball, causing him to land hard on his left shoulder.
He waved his right hand to signal for help from the medical staff. When he finally stood up he held his left wrist close to his waist while a member of the medical staff held his left shoulder – a common immediate action for a dislocated or separated shoulder.
