Two current Dynamo players, on the other hand, already know what the experience is like.
Veteran defender DaMarcus Beasley played in the game 10 years ago. Rookie midfielder Joe Holland grew up in England during the rise of the rivalry’s intensity.
They both hope to be in attendance on July 20 when the teams meet in Houston as part of the International Champions Cup.
Holland lived in London, five hours away from Manchester, and once attended the rivalry when Cristiano Ronaldo played for United.
