First-year Dynamo boss Wilmer Cabrera is known as one who inspires his players. This week he is trying to inspire an entire city through his team.
Cabrera filmed a one-minute video Sunday in which he said the Dynamo would play inspired in their next game and give Houston something to be proud of in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.
"With this sport, we have the possibility to bring the people together," Cabrera said. "It is important at this moment that we're going to fight for the city. We're going to fight for our fans. We're going to fight to bring joy and to help with the healing of the people because we have suffered, too.
