Dynamo defender Dylan Remick understands why coach Wilmer Cabrera picked DaMarcus Beasley over him for the starting XI in the previous two games.
Noting that the only American to appear in four World Cups still has a lot left in the tank, Cabrera said during the off-season the 34-year old Beasley is the best left back in the United States.
That's why it was a big deal when Cabrera tabbed Remick as his starter at Beasley's position on Saturday night against the New York Red Bulls.
Beasley was fit and had fresh legs when he returned to the Dynamo after serving international duty for World Cup Qualifiers.
