The last time a handful of Dynamo players returned from international duty they were beat up after a rough three weeks at the Gold Cup.
Their time away this time for World Cup Qualifiers was not as rigorous. The five players who returned to training on Thursday are in a better spot.
Hondurans Alberth Elis, Boniek Garcia and Romell Quioto; Panamanian Adolfo Machado and American DaMarcus Beasley played varying minutes in two games Friday and Tuesday.
Elis and Quioto played all or most of both games and may not be fit for 90 minutes when the Dynamo play host to the Colorado Rapids on Saturday night.
