DaMarcus Beasley usually tells it like he sees it. He didn’t stop Thursday night after the Dynamo were eliminated by Seattle Sounders FC in the Western Conference finals.
The Dynamo lost the first leg, 2-0, in Houston on Nov. 21 before shipping three more goals Thursday and losing the series, 5-0, on aggregate.
Based on his postgame comments, Beasley disagreed with his teammates and coach Wilmer Cabrera who often said in the lead-up to the return leg they were confident they would make a series of it after all.
“No one expected us to get this far but us,” Beasley said.
