The Houston Dynamo earned the top spot among Houston-area teams in the 2017 J.D. Power Fan Experience Study, the consumer insight company announced today.
A year after finishing second to the Houston Rockets in the inaugural study, the Dynamo took the top spot in the survey that measured fan satisfaction with their overall experience at major pro sporting events. The Houston Astros finished second, while the Rockets slipped to third and the Houston Texans took fourth.
Fan satisfaction is evaluated across seven factors (in order of importance): seating area and game experience; security and ushers; leaving the game; arriving at the game; food and beverage; ticket purchase; and souvenirs and merchandise.
