The Dynamo have the second worst defense in MLS based on goals allowed per game. They also have not been at full strength for the last three games.
There is a chance that changes as soon as Saturday's home game against the San Jose Earthquakes.
A.J. DeLaGarza (right calf strain) and Leonardo (hamstring) have returned to training this week and have an outside chance of playing Saturday. DeLaGarza has missed the last two games. Leonardo has missed three.
Coach Wilmer Cabrera said they would be welcome additions.
"They were brought here to be the starters," Cabrera said.
