At 32 years of age and with 13 years of professional soccer on his legs Dynamo defender Adolfo Machado seems like a candidate to miss a game here and there.
Nine games into his MLS career, however, Machado is going strong and showing no signs of slowing down.
The center back is the only player to play every minute this season, though Alex was on the same track last weekend before he subbed off in the 73rd minute.
Machado gives credit to getting good rest and eating right for helping him extend his career. Dynamo players have missed games this season due to injury, illness, suspension and recovery.
