The Dash have hired Eastern New Mexico University's Omar Morales as an assistant coach.
Morales will have a dual role with the Dash academy.
He has coached the ENMU women's team for the last three seasons. The school plays in NCAA Division II and in the Lone Star Conference.
Morales' best season at ENMU was in 2014 when he led the Zias to a 9-8 record and entered the final game of the regular season with a chance to win the regular season conference championship. The team had finished last in the conference in 2013.
Morales had an overall record of 16-36-2 in his career at ENMU.
