The Houston Dynamo have signed 30-year-old goalkeeper Chris Seitz. The free agent had played the last seven season with FC Dallas. He was a major part of the FC Dallas team that won the Supporters Shield and Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup in 2016. Seitz has played in 97 games during his eleven season career in MLS. He has posted 18 shutouts in that time.
“Chris Seitz is a very talented and experienced goalkeeper in Major League Soccer. He was one of the key components for FC Dallas when they won the Supporters’ Shield in 2016,” said Head Coach Wilmer Cabrera via team release.
