After an extended break due to final exams, the Charlotte 49ers return to the basketball court Sunday, Dec. 20 set to battle cross-county rivals Davidson on the road. The 49ers currently hold a six-game win streak against the Wildcats dating back to 2007. In their most recent matchup, 364 days ago Charlotte toppled Davidson, outscoring the Wildcats by 35 points in which Alexis Alexander led the way with 14 points. In the rivalry matchup, Kenya Olley tallied a career-high nine rebounds in less than 20 minutes of play. Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m.
