The Charlotte 49ers found a way to get over the hump, defeating Marshall 103-95 in a record-breaking night. After losing three straight games by a combined six points, the 49ers were led by three players that scored over 20 points, the first time since 2006.
Andrien White finished with a career-high 30 points and 10 rebounds behind eight straight three-pointers. Joseph Uchebo, also, set career-highs with 24 points and 20 rebounds. Lastly, Jon Davis gave an all-around performance, recording 21 points, seven assists and six rebounds.
“We’ve been talking about how you have to learn to win and close games out and tonight we did that,” Mark Price said after the game.
